The tip of my nose keeps looking pinched and it isn’t getting better, so I want to remove it. If I get everything removed, will the pinched look go away?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
