I only wanted to make my side profile slightly higher, but after surgery my impression changed so much. I originally had a round, cute look, and I’m planning to get it removed around the 6-month mark. I only had the nasal tip done using donated costal cartilage, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage. My nose is small, and they used every last bit so carefully. It’s not inflammation, but because of how my appearance changed, I developed social anxiety, and since donated costal cartilage was used, the foreign-body sensation is really severe too ㅠ The time for removal is coming up soon, and I’m debating whether to remove everything or leave the support strut and remove the rest. When I look at removal reviews, noses that originally had some height or droopy noses seem to return well even after complete removal, but I have a small nose…
