I only wanted to make my side profile slightly higher, but after surgery my impression changed so much. I originally had a round, cute look, and I’m planning to get it removed around the 6-month mark. I only had the nasal tip done using donated costal cartilage, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage. My nose is small, and they used every last bit so carefully.
