I had Gore-Tex surgery 13 years ago, and now it has calcified and broken through the nasal mucous membraneㅜㅜ For now, my rhinitis and nasal congestion are severeㅜㅜ I went to a famous plastic surgery clinic, and they said the calcification has been there quite a long time and is deep, so they recommended a university hospital ENT department. I came here, and the doctor said it’s my choice but suggested I consider surgery. They said a perforation will inevitably occur. If I have surgery at a university hospital ENT department, do I have to give up on the aesthetic part? The nasal tip is still there, so it’ll probably look unnatural.
