Is there anyone who had functional rhinoplasty together during revision surgery? I do have rhinitis, but during my first surgery I had it done at a place that doesn’t do functional rhinoplasty. These days my rhinitis seems to have gotten worse, so since I was planning to get revision surgery anyway, I’m thinking of going for consultations at places that do functional rhinoplasty. My friend says if I’m going to do functional rhinoplasty, I should go to an ENT clinic, and they say ENT clinics are good at noses these days too,, I looked up ㅂㅂ, ㅇㅊㅂ, ㅎㄴㅂ, ㅍㄹㅅ like this. These places use costal cartilage too, right? For this revision surgery, I’m considering costal cartilage because I want to keep the nasal tip from drooping. If I do functional rhinoplasty, my condition should get better than now, right?
각양각색 Mine wasn’t revision, it was my first surgery, but I did functional rhinoplasty together at ㅈㅇ. They also did an olfactory test, so I liked that they checked the functional side thoroughly!

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
