It’s been about 5 years since I had rhinoplasty, and the cartilage showing through is bothering me more and more ㅠㅠ I did have my nose made quite high, but these days the cartilage seems to stand out even more, and there’s also a slight dark shadow. I’m worried it might eventually break through the skin. Should I get revision surgery, or would it be better to just have it removed?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
