Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Day 53 after nose implant removal (nasal tip cartilage binding and one piece of septal cartilage left in place)

I had a total of 3 surgeries, including my primary surgery, revision, and then removal. After the primary surgery, my nose was a Pinocchio-like nose, high and looking like it was about to pierce the ceiling. After removing it, I feel so much more at ease. I had the silicone removed from the bridge of my nose and donor costal cartilage removed from the nasal tip, and at the nasal tip, I had cartilage binding and left only one of the three pieces of septal cartilage that had been placed there. To be honest, because the silicone was removed from the bridge, it’s bumpy and not smooth. Actually, I think it’s pretty bumpy, but I feel so much more at ease that I can just ignore it. The bumpiness and step-off are unavoidable, and they said it will gradually become smoother, so for now I just have to wait … The doctor said time…
