Even before my first surgery, I originally had a really short nose So I was really worried when I had the first surgery too, because they said short-nose surgery is tricky lol Still, maybe because it was my first time? I was satisfied to some extent back then But then I gradually felt like my nose was turning upward, and these days my nose has gone up so much that anyone can tell it’s upturned The nasal tip got even shorter and lifted sharply, so from the front you can just see all my nostrils;; I’ve become like a flower pig itself, so I’m seriously stressed these days Anyway, because of that I’m looking into revision surgery I’m considering Thehada, It’s Be, and Chamin, you know? I liked their review photos.. But I didn’t really see any noses as short as mine;; lol Anyway, this time I think using costal cartilage from the start would feel more stable, but where is good with costal cartilage? Well, using costal cartilage doesn’t mean everything turns out well, but anyway If anyone has had revision surgery for a short nose + upturned nose like me and found a good clinic, please let me know
