I have an upturned nose (short nose), and I want my revision rhinoplasty to look natural, so I’m looking into a plastic surgery clinic. They say they specialize in implant-free procedures and don’t use customized silicone, but I want an implant + ear cartilage. Would that be okay? This will be my third surgery, so I’m desperate. Brokers, seriously do not comment.
