There is a faint silicone mark on the nasal bridge, about 0.5 cm, and it is not very visible—just a subtle thing only I notice. It has been 2 years since the surgery. Today I noticed the nostril sizes are different; this was not how it was before. Is this okay? It feels like it might not be okay, but is it at the level where I should go to the hospital?

dodocho They said no one has fully symmetric nostrils. They also said raising them tends to make it more noticeable. Unless it looks insanely obvious, it’s probably better not to mess with it for no reason. From what I see, it’s not very noticeable.
Lalaby For the nostrils, it’s basically impossible for anyone to be fully symmetric. But when the lateral cartilage/alar complex is twisted so that asymmetry is very obvious, that’s a different issue (because the cartilage itself is the problem). And a mark at this level... this usually happens very commonly when an implant is placed.
