I’m on day 12 after having surgery to remove the nasal bridge silicone due to inflammation. There was also an inflammatory reaction in the autologous costal cartilage at the nasal tip, but for now only the nasal bridge implant was removed through a closed approach. I’m planning revision surgery after 6 months, once things have stabilized. But even after the removal, a little inflammatory reaction still remains. There is discharge and a fishy smell. The hospital says it will gradually go away, but if anyone has had the same experience as me, please, I’d really appreciate a reply.

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoJul 25 I’m planning to have revision surgery
This would be my tertiary revision rhinoplasty, and I want a natural-yet-defined look using autologous costal cartilage. I’m doing it because of nasal tip drooping and a bulbous nose feel. I’ve had a consultation, and since my nasal bridge
