This would be my tertiary revision rhinoplasty, and I want a natural-yet-defined look using autologous costal cartilage. I’m doing it because of nasal tip drooping and a bulbous nose feel. I’ve had a consultation, and since my nasal bridge is okay, the quote came out as leaving the bridge as is and doing only the nasal tip with columella work, bulbous nose correction, and autologous costal cartilage. I’m thinking of doing it with Director Oh Min at OM Plastic Surgery. Please leave honest comments about how he is!
옐리니 Isn’t Oh Min famous? I’ve heard a lot of noses that have had several surgeries go there. If it’s a tertiary revision, I think it could be okay. He’s already very famous for making good lines..
