For revision rhinoplasty, is it best to use autologous costal cartilage? I'm worried about the scar and the pain, but I'm thinking of this as really my last surgery, so I'm torn.. Right now, only my nasal tip is too pointy and the presence of my nose feels too vague, so every time I take photos I don't like it, and I'm stressed... that's my current situation
던라 If it's revision rhinoplasty, I think a lot of people usually recommend costal cartilage. Director Yoon Sung-won also seems to use costal cartilage a lot if you want strong support.
