For now, I had silicone + ear cartilage + osteotomy, but if I remove it, I’m not sure whether it’ll go back to my original nose, and I’m worried it might become even lower than my original nose. So I’m also thinking about just getting revision surgery, using a thinner silicone implant, and lowering the starting point, but I’m still debating. If anyone here is also deliberating about this, let’s think it through together
