It's now been two months. Since right after surgery, my nostrils have been uneven. I naturally thought it was because of swelling. But this keeps not changing even as the swelling gradually goes down. They said to wait... and gave a reason that sounded convincing. No matter how much I look, this is not swelling. It seems like the whole nose is crooked. When you look at my nose from below, it looks like a triangle shifted to one side. So the nostrils also look uneven because they are distorted in that direction.
On top of that, the nasal dorsum has also become a small snub, Arab-nose-like shape. I asked if this was also swelling, and they said no—the nasal dorsum will never sink, right? But even so, they did not first explain it as an AS issue. The nasal dorsum definitely will not sink, So how can the nostril asymmetry return to the correct position? Could this get better after time passes?
