They basically tried to stop me, saying it couldn’t be done. They said that if the silicone is removed, the part of my nose that was shaved down will look broad and flat, and that during the revision they shaved it down a bit more again. But even after the revision, there wasn’t much difference from before ㅜㅜ Since it’s going to be a hooked nose anyway, I thought a natural hooked nose would be better than one that awkwardly looks operated on. I said I still wanted it removed even taking that into account, and they said that after removing it, I would definitely ask them to put it back in. So I asked, “Then if you have surgery for a hooked nose once, do you have to live with silicone in your nose no matter what?” They said they would do it if I wanted, but that it would look worse than my original nose. A completely Squidward-like nose, bent from between the eyebrows, with the nasal tip drooping, a bulky hooked nose…
