After my first nose surgery, I developed contracture in just 3 weeks, then had revision surgery at the same hospital 2 months later. Over the past few years, I worked on making the skin on my nose soft, and up until this second revision surgery, I really went through a lot emotionally. I visited many clinics and made the decision after a lot of thought, then had surgery with autologous costal cartilage. My face was already quite asymmetrical to begin with, but my natural nose never felt asymmetrical or crooked at all. It was small and very low, though Like all clinics say, the asymmetry you naturally have is hard to correct even with surgery, and especially with nostril asymmetry, if the nose is slightly crooked, it can look even more noticeable once the nose is raised...
