After revision surgery, I had tightness along the nasal bridge and numbness in the nasal ala, so I had the silicone removed and replaced with donated dermis. But the tightness along the nasal bridge and the numbness in the nasal ala are still there, and the nasal dorsum looks slightly darker, almost like it’s indented. There’s no separate swelling or pain, but could it be inflammation? The clinic said it was probably because of the silicone, so I removed it and replaced it with donated dermis, but now there’s a step-off on the nasal dorsum, so I’m even more worried.
