I had donor dermis inserted into my nasal bridge, but is it difficult because there’s a lot of donor dermis in the bridge? I want to remove all of it. The nasal tip is autologous costal cartilage, and it feels like a waste after having rib cartilage taken, but I just want an ordinary nose like before. These days, natural noses without surgery look pretty to me.
