I’m waiting to get it removed, and it’s been 4 months since my nose surgery. My operated nose has become blunter and bigger than my natural nose. But even both sides of the nasal tip have become blunt, so my nose looks bigger and chubbier. That’s why it even looks lower than my natural nose. I had it done without an implant, but could this be scar tissue, or is it still more swelling, or could it look bigger because of the cartilage? If it’s highly likely to be scar tissue, I’m worried that even if I get it removed, this much scar tissue might form again.
