I removed the stitches yesterday. On day 3, I went in for disinfection.. at that time, the doctor said I could wash up if I wanted to. So I covered only the stitched nostrils with gauze and took a shower..^^;; (Of course, I couldn't wash around my nose because tape was stuck there.) And on day 5, I felt too uncomfortable, so I just peeled the tape off myself. I still covered my nose and showered. That day, I also gently rubbed and cleaned my nose itself. On day 6, the stitches were removed. They had been sewn with dissolvable thread, but because of the risk of inflammation, the doctor said it was better just to take them out. So I had them removed.. and as expected, it barely hurt. (I'm the type who makes a big fuss even for a man..) Today makes day 7, and my condition is.. 1. First, I had the right side of my nose incised, and bruising remains around the right eye. There's also a scab. 2. The tip of my nose has become hard. I didn't touch the tip of my nose, but because there was a stitched area, it's hard. When I touch it, it hurts like a bruise.. thanks to that, the tip looks puffy..ㅡㅡ;; 3. From the front, the bridge of my nose really stands out. Because of that, it has a slightly exotic feel? Or maybe a kind of rich, greasy look? Hard to explain.. I think I now have a feeling that doesn't seem like a native Korean.. Maybe it's because of the swelling..ㅡㅡ;; And my eyes are long horizontally.. they look even longer now.. (Maybe that's why the overall vibe changed?) 4. From the side, my cheekbones look recessed. Since my eyes don't protrude, the cheekbones look flat. As for the nose shape.. it feels like they left my old nose shape in place and only raised the height. It's like a straight nose, but also a little crooked. 5. About the swelling.. the space between my eyebrows is definitely swollen. If I press it, it indents into little bumps. And it has swollen like I gained weight. Looking at photos, I'm all puffed up..ㅡㅡ;; 6. My nose is a bit crooked. I already knew it was crooked before surgery, but now that it's been raised, it seems more noticeable. It's only something you can tell if you look closely.. 7. The bridge of my nose is definitely thick. I heard female-style silicone and male-style silicone are different, and it really seems like that. Because of that, the bridge looks more pronounced from the front. 8. If I tilt my head, I still have a feeling of blood rushing in. But I don't have any foreign-body sensation inside my nose.. Until a few days ago, when I said the vowel sound "o," my nose would feel tight, but that has improved a lot. These days I laugh and sneeze however I want. (Actually.. ever since the day of surgery, I've been able to sneeze as much as I want..ㅡㅡ;;) If you have questions, ask.

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
