It has now been two days since surgery for me, someone who had a lot of questions. I was wondering, when can I start washing my hair? For reference, I had ear cartilage harvested and used for my nasal tip, so I feel like if I wash my hair, water will get into my ear and nose. I haven’t been able to wash my hair or even wash my face. I’m also curious when I can start exercising, like going to a health club. If I get the stitches removed next Monday, I should be able to go back to daily life, right???? Right now the swelling is at its peak, so I look awful. How many days does it take for the swelling to get better? I’m also avoiding bulky foods. (Because when I eat bulky foods, my nose keeps moving.) I’m only eating porridge, soup, dumpling soup, and things like that. My ear hurts more than my nose. Then my ear hurts, so I’ll stop here and lie down for a bit.
