Possibility of contracture if I remove it?

Today I went to the hospital where I originally had my first surgery for a removal consultation, and they said that to the naked eye there didn’t seem to be any problem, and asked why I wanted removal. I said the inside of my nose feels heavy, throbbing, and tight, so I’m worried about possible contracture. But they said that removal surgery could actually cause contracture, so I’m really troubled. When I asked why contracture could occur after removal, they said the nose shrinks by the amount of the space left after the silicone is removed, and because it shrinks not only on both sides but three-dimensionally, the nasal tip can become upturned. If I’m removing it because of fear of the implant…
