I’m planning to use autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip and silicone for the nasal bridge, but I’m worried because they say silicone eventually causes side effects. Even if it’s a material a lot of people use, side-effect symptoms can still occur, right? And they say if it doesn’t suit you, contracture can also occur, but isn’t there any way to test in advance before surgery whether my body will have an abnormal reaction?
