Finally the splint is off! They used autologous costal cartilage + septum, and inserted 3 mm silicone. I asked them to make it a straight-but-slightly-curved line. Does it look like that? Even with autologous costal cartilage, will the tip of the nose come down a bit??

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
