The overall shape itself is similar to my original nose, but the columella is flat. Could it be due to having cartilage tying while leaving the support strut instead of complete removal? If I remove even the support strut after 6 months, adjust the angle of the support strut, or reposition the cartilage, will it come down? Or will it gradually come down? Since it is right after removal, it probably isn't the contraction phase yet, but the columella is flat and the nose looks a bit short. My original nose was long and the columella had a rounded feel.
