Luckily, I was able to book both places sooner than expected and went to them. It was my first proper consultation, so I didn’t even know what to ask. Sigh. Around 2018, ages ago, I had only one L-shaped/straight, medium silicone implant placed through a closed approach. There was no cartilage manipulation, and I lived without inflammation or major discomfort all this time, so sometimes I even forgot I had nose surgery haha. Like I wrote in my first post, I can see something slightly protruding on the upper inside of one nostril, and even that was pointed out by my husband. I suddenly got scared and stayed up all night searching like crazy until morning. There was so much information that I got confused. They say you absolutely have to remove the capsule…
