I heard that clinic focuses only on complete total removal, so they don’t separately do things like smoothing a dorsal nasal irregularity or reinforcing the septum. Is that right? Then even for a nose that seems at risk of the nasal tip becoming upturned, would they still not do anything separately?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
