Is there anyone who had all nasal implants removed and then developed side effects or regretted it? It's been over 10 years since my nose surgery, and I'm considering total removal because the cartilage is showing through in the columella area. I'm scared that removing them could actually cause more side effects than now or make my nose shape look strange
