I had rhinoplasty a few years ago, but the nasal tip extends too long, so it looks a bit unnatural ㅠㅠ From the side, I look like Pinocchioㅜ I'm considering revision surgery. Would reducing the volume of the nasal tip help with the midface? After the surgery, I feel like my midface looks long. Is this because of the nasal tip..ㅜ
류정란아내 If the nasal tip gets shorter, of course the midface would look shorter too. Conversely, the philtrum will look that much longer. If the philtrum doesn’t bother you, I’d do it. A short midface is also trendy these days.
