I got a lot of help from reading posts in this community too, so I’m leaving a post. I had the removal surgery last Friday, and I’m currently on day 9. How does it look?
What I told the director before surgery, in order of importance, was: 1. Soft (able to make a pig nose) and natural 2. I definitely wanted my nose length to become longer (to come down). 3. The nasal bridge absolutely had to be high
Instead, I said I would give up on the height and shape of the nasal tip, and so far I think I’m satisfied. My nose is naturally still very hard, and the nasal bridge feels heavy, but the nasal tip is a little soft? It’s definitely much more comfortable than when I had the septal support, and I feel like it has already gotten softer.
