I’m about to have nose surgery. I’m afraid of putting in an implant, so I’m planning to do nose surgery using only autologous tissue without any implant, but I’m posting because I’m still wondering whether I might feel a foreign-body sensation later. Isn’t the sensation of a foreign body something subjective?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
