I had my third revision rhinoplasty in 2017, but the area between the nasal bridge and the nostril/alar area collapsed, making it look a bit like an upturned nose. My nostrils are different sizes too, and the nose itself is crooked, so I’m thinking about another revision surgery. But these days, whether it’s YouTube or elsewhere, there seems to be so much advertising that choosing a clinic is really hard. Since I live outside the capital area, I have to make appointments in advance if I want consultations. How should I go about looking into plastic surgery clinics? There are too many, so it’s confusing.
