Looking at the Gangnam Unni app, ㅇㅇㅏㄹ and ㅂㅇㅇㅡㅣㅔㄴ come up a lot more than the top three clinics mentioned here. Could they all be viral marketing? It’s my first time hearing of ㅇㅇ, but the clinics called the top three in this community don’t really show up much on Gangnam Unni or Babitalk, so I don’t know which decision is right
