Things I learned after even getting revision rhinoplasty

Red bean tea, pumpkin juice, swelling medicine? Not really necessary =People usually drink a lot of pumpkin juice, right? Just drinking plenty of water is OK Or it’s also good to have surgery at a hospital with good aftercare, because then you don’t have to manage it annoyingly at home I also drank about 2 boxes of pumpkin juice, but hyperbaric oxygen therapy at 나ㅂ was more effective for swelling than 1 box of pumpkin juice.. Instead, make sure to walk a lot! Walking is truly definite for swelling

For one week after surgery, it’s better to sleep sitting up. The difference in swelling is pretty noticeable It’s swelling that will go down someday, but if you don’t manage swelling early on, it lasts a long time.. The swelling can really mess with your mental state, so I recommend just sleeping sitting up for a week
