I’m 1 month post-op after complete removal. After removal, my columella retracted and went deep inward, so I want to reconstruct only the nasal tip and columella. I don’t want to use costal cartilage because it’s hard, and I want to reconstruct just a very small part of the columella with ear cartilage, without any implant. Has anyone reconstructed the nasal tip and columella using only ear cartilage?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
