Consultation Review, Torn Between Two Places

It’s been 3 years since I had rhinoplasty using silicone and donated costal cartilage, and I started looking into revision rhinoplasty. After going around to so many consultations, I did narrow down my list. Maybe because my skin is thick, it seems like the nasal tip was absorbed quickly, so the tip drooping made looking in the mirror really stressful;; I like the nose shape, but as the tip drooped, it became closer to a straight shape and didn’t suit my face, so I went for consultations and now I’m deciding between clinicsㅠㅠ ㄹㄱ VS ㅌㅇㄴ ㅠㅠ I’m planning to have revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage. At first I only thought about aesthetics, but after going to consultations at these clinics, I became the type to consider both function and aesthetics. Trying to reshape the nasal tip beautifully again while considering function too gave me more things to worry about. The director here seemed to identify the issues precisely without giving the feeling of doing assembly-line surgery. Between these two, where would it be better to have surgery?
