My nasal tip revision surgery is totally botched,,,, I’m honestly so flustered,,, haha

First, I had revision surgery at this hospital 9 months ago,,, I wanted improvement of my dragon nose, a lowered starting point, and a natural straight-to-slightly-curved nasal bridge line with the nasal tip; I asked them to pay special attention to the dragon-nose correction so my nostrils wouldn’t show from the front,,, During my first surgery at another hospital, they only put mesh in the nasal tip and didn’t use cartilage, so this was the first time using septal cartilage & ear cartilage, plus skin grafting from the armpit area and adding artificial dermis, so it was a fairly big operation,,, For the first 3 months, the front and side views came out very natural, but the graft on the left nasal ala became bumpy, and even after getting a scar-tissue injection in the meantime, there was still a step-off like an indentation, so they agreed to touch it up during the AS by adding more skin grafting. On top of that, after 3 months, my nasal tip gradually got lower and the drooping of the nasal tip became severe Also, compared with the photos, the nasal bridge looked crooked in real life, and I could feel the cartilage at the end, and it showed through. Even though I have a small nose, my nose looked long, making me look much older than my age. I was like, can a nose droop this much in less than a year? I got anxious and visited the hospital again after 9 months, before the 1-year free AS period passed,,, haha The consultant recommended full revision surgery through an open approach and autologous costal cartilage, and asked for an additional fee. They said there would also be an extra fee if ear cartilage was used. They said because nasal ala skin grafting also had to be done, the material costs were unavoidable,, and they additionally recommended various skin procedures. I said I would think about which material to use for the revision, and on the day of the revision surgery I consulted with the director. They said my nose looked crooked because my facial skeleton itself is crooked, and if they aligned it, my mouth would look shifted; they said touching only the nasal tip with ear cartilage through a closed approach, without touching the nasal bridge, would be enough. I thought, oh, if it’s closed and they use the same ear cartilage, the result probably won’t change much, and because I was worried it would droop quickly again, I asked them to fix the arrow-like drooping nasal tip, raise the tip, and make it a bit shorter. I thought it would be completed as the natural straight-to-slightly-curved nose we had planned during the first surgery, without a big change. After surgery, since there was no splint on, I saw the result and honestly,,, ha It had become an upturned nose, and the nasal tip was blunt like a pig nose and extremely short,,, I thought it must be swelling and that it would be okay once it went down a bit, so I waited a month. From the front it’s an upturned nose, I can feel a step-off between the nasal bridge and tip, and it’s hard and tight like a ping-pong ball was put in there,, my original nose was slim, so it’s not just an image change, I look like a different person These are photos at week 8 currently, and from the front it still looks lifted, with an upturned-nose feel, and as the swelling goes down, the step-off and the nasal tip look like the length was abruptly cut off and only the height was forcefully raised, making it a blunt shape,,, Ha,,, what should I do? It’s the same doctor, but I never imagined the result could be this different, and now I’m almost 2 months post-op; even if there’s still swelling, this shape really makes no sense,,, My original nose was slim and high-defined, so I don’t understand how it became this blunt shape,,, Maybe because it’s revision surgery and scar tissue formed? Even when I ask them to give me an injection, they say scar-tissue injection treatment is possible at 3 months and revision surgery from 6 months onward,,,, I’m so depressed I can’t even go outside, and I go around wearing a mask in summer. How does it look to you? At this level, it’s the doctor’s responsibility, right,,,
