Is this A/S response right..? Please help

Hello..! I had surgery at the end of December after being recommended a non-implant procedure: hump nose correction, nostril base reduction, correction of a deviated nose, and nasal tip surgery using ear cartilage. Now that 6 months have passed, aside from the hump, people are saying my nose actually got bigger, asking why it looks so crooked, and so on. Since nothing seemed to have changed, I went to the clinic for a consultation, and they told me they would provide A/S if I wanted. My nose now actually looks bulging and bigger in the middle, and aside from the hump, there has been no improvement at all. Before, I had never even heard that my nose looked crooked, but now people ask why my nose is crooked.. say it looks big and strange. My nostrils have actually become uneven too. When I went for the A/S consultation, I felt like they were trying too hard to convince me, so I said I would think about it. Then when I said I would do the A/S, they told me that to reduce the appearance of my nose looking bigger, I would need to put in an implant, and they asked for an additional 2.2 million won. Is this right.? I followed what they recommended, and now they say that because my nose looks bigger, if I want to reduce it, I have no choice but to put in an implant. Not only is this different from the surgical result I wanted, but they are saying I need an implant to compensate for it, so I’m asking why I should have to pay extra for revision surgery. Is this usually right..? The crooked nose was not corrected, my nose looks even bigger, and my nostrils have actually become uneven. I know implants cost money. But is this right..? I’m really having such a hard time, so I’m leaving this inquiry..
