I originally had silicone, but after a long time, problems developed, so I had it removed. Currently, I seem to have donated dermis in the nasal bridge and what is presumed to be a septal support graft/septal bone in the nasal tip.

It has been over 2 years since I had surgery like this, but on some days my nose looks extremely upturned, and at other times my nose looks fine. The degree of nostril exposure is so different that it’s really confusing. Is this possible?
The clinic says it may be because my nose swells depending on my condition Is there anyone here who has experienced something like me?
