I’m such a worrywart that I thought it would be better for my mental health to just get it done even one day sooner, so I had it done today. Luckily, the timing worked out with the clinic tooㅜㅜ Anyway, I had it done in the morning, and now when I look in the mirror, I’m extremely swollen from my eyes up to my forehead. I’m supposed to keep the nasal packing in for 4 days ㄷㄷ From what I’ve looked up, the things I need to manage from now on are cold compresses around the eyes and forehead for 3-4 days, then warm compresses after that, walking a bit starting tomorrow, diligently taking the anti-contracture medicine I was prescribed, sleeping with my upper body elevated, drinking lots of water, and that should be about right, right?
