I first had my nose done 11 years ago, and at the time I had surgery with silicone and septal cartilage. But maybe two or three months passed, and the nasal tip dropped for no clear reason, so 6 months later I had revision surgery with silicone and ear cartilage. After that, as time went by, my nasal bridge became crooked, my nasal tip drooped, and the tip of my nose became red, but I just lived with it like that.
