I’m considering nostril reduction surgery, but are there any possible side effects? I’m worried because there are a lot of posts from people regretting it. So I’m also thinking about reduction filler instead of surgery, but people say it hurts a lot and the effect doesn’t seem that great I’m half worried I’ll spend money and regret it, and half still wanting to do it
