I had rhinoplasty in February last year, and in February this year I had only the silicone removed. I had it removed because the nasal dorsum swelled up once, but the donated costal cartilage, ear cartilage, and septal cartilage were left in the nasal tip. I had been living with no problems for almost a year, but suddenly today the right side of my nasal dorsum swelled up a lot, like a lump had formed. My original nasal bridge is the green line. Why is this happening? I would be truly grateful if you could help.
