1 year 3 months review of autologous dermis I was busy, so I had my 1-year follow-up late, and ended up posting my review late too. For my surgery review at a hospital specializing in autologous dermis and my 6-month follow-up review, please refer to my previous posts. With autologous dermis, they check through follow-ups how much of it gets absorbed. In my case, enough remained that it looked as if my bridge had been raised with silicone, so my progress was considered good. I had been worried because people said dermis gets absorbed a lot and does not remain, but a lot remained, and they said it has settled into this shape and I can use it for life. I think the nasal bridge looks natural and pretty too, and with the rounded pearl-like nasal tip, the tip shape is round and soft…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
