While going around for consultations, today at Kㅇ Plastic Surgery they said they harvest autologous costal cartilage without general anesthesia and do it under sedation. Would that be okay????? Wouldn’t it be dangerous??? Other places said if it’s autologous costal cartilage, they do general anesthesia, so it feels strange that only this place does it with sedation... Has anyone had autologous costal cartilage under sedation?? And when you get rhinoplasty, is it usually sedation anesthesia??
