Maybe because it was my first consultation and I didn’t know much, but the director spoke so quickly that it didn’t really register. Hump correction, crooked nose correction, septum, inferior turbinate, nasal tip For the nasal tip: septal cartilage + ear cartilage + donated costal cartilage if insufficient (maybe because I didn’t get a CT, it went as far as donated costal cartilage) Osteotomy: X Cost: functional 1.8 million + cosmetic 3 million
2 ㅎㄴ (Director ㅊㅈㅅ) Got a CT, consultation order: consultant-director-consultant No consultation fee or CT fee The consultant was just okay, and the director seemed like he was trying to speak in a friendly way. He said osteotomy was needed and was the only one who recommended silicone (at that point I thought I would absolutely not do it). It had a very strong factory-like feel, and after looking into it more I decided not to do it here Also, the director seems to specialize in breasts.. Cost proposal: functional 1.6 million + cosmetic 2.2 million

She explained everything one by one and answered everything I was curious about. The director seemed a bit busy and the consultation was quick. Septum, inferior turbinate, and for cosmetic: hump, crooked nose, septal extension graft For osteotomy, he said it may be needed cosmetically but functionally it would be okay without it. The consultant did not recommend osteotomy. Cost: functional 1.6 million + cosmetic 1.8 million A/S period: 2 years On the first day, I was most drawn to this place and thought I should do it here, but after looking into it more, it had a strong factory-like feel, so I went to two more places in person.
4 ㅇㅇㅇㅋ (single director) Got a CT, consultation order: director-consultant No separate consultation fee, CT fee 20,000 won After researching, I liked this place based on online research, so I thought I would proceed here if possible. The director was kinder than I expected. He recommended septum, inferior turbinate, and even nasal valve. But the nasal valve doesn’t seem like it would be covered by indemnity insurance, though he recommended doing it (then I’m thinking I won’t do it..) Cosmetic: hump + osteotomy + nasal tip When I asked whether osteotomy was necessary, he said it was essential. For the nasal tip, septal extension graft.. When I asked about side effects, he said he wouldn’t make it that long, so not to worry. Next was the consultation with the consultant. The consultant didn’t feel that kind and seemed like she wanted to proceed with the consultation a bit quickly. Unlike other places, this place also recommended columella reduction. A/S: 3 years The total cost was 4.5 million won, but they said they would only estimate indemnity insurance support at around 1 million won. The cost didn’t fit too well, and unlike other places there were many added surgeries.. so I kind of passed..
5 ㅇㅅㄱ (single director) Consultation and CT fee: 20,000 won Uniquely, this place started by taking front, side, and 45-degree photos. You can see yourself very plainly.. Got a CT, then proceeded in the order consultant-director-consultant. The director looked a bit tired, but he also checked with an endoscope and kindly answered all my questions. I liked the director’s consultation the most. Septal correction and inferior turbinate. Cosmetic: hump + crooked nose + nasal tip (he said he would use both a septal strut and septal extension graft..? He said I didn’t need to worry about side effects) He said he wouldn’t put silicone in because my nose is too high for it. When I asked about osteotomy, he said he didn’t recommend it. He said my nose is already very crooked and has many functional issues, and osteotomy could narrow the airway.. so I trusted him a bit more. Next was the consultation with the consultant. The consultant was reasonably kind, but for some reason she was a little scary.. She also seemed a bit tired and like she wanted to wrap things up, but I had already asked everything during the director’s consultation, so it was fine. Price: functional 2 million + cosmetic 1.8 million A/S: 1 year
After visiting 5 places in person, the ones I currently like most are ㄷㅍㅇㅅ and ㅇㅅㄱ. With ㄷㅍㅇㅅ, I’m concerned that it seems factory-like, and there also seem to be some complaints about aftercare. With ㅇㅅㄱ, the concerns are that the director is on the younger side, so there isn’t much experience or many reviews.. (the reviews that exist are all good; side effect reviews) and the A/S being only 1 year bothers me a bit.
