Rhinoplasty review and I have a question~

I had rhinoplasty yesterday.. Even after just one day, I feel okay^^;; I like the height while the tape is on.. After surgery, once the anesthesia wore off, it was brutal..- -;; Still, after taking painkillers, it’s definitely bearable. I have a few questions. I’ve heard here and there that L-shaped silicone isn’t very good.. What does L-shaped silicone look like? Literally L-shaped..? My mother consulted with the doctor, so I don’t know the details, but she said I’d have surgery with silicone and ear cartilage.. Before surgery, I briefly saw them try placing what was literally a white L-shaped silicone implant shaped like the nasal bridge and tip, and they said there would be no problem because the nasal tip would be covered with ear cartilage over the silicone. But on some website, I saw that there can be a side effect where the nasal tip protrudes.. Is that only when they use only silicone without adding ear cartilage to the nasal tip..? I want to believe that..^^;; On the day of surgery my face didn’t swell much, but after sleeping one night and waking up, it’s really swollen^^;; And one last piece of advice.. After rhinoplasty, don’t watch funny comedy shows.. Today I was watching Comedy House and laughed, and my nose hurt so much I thought I’d die lol To everyone preparing for surgery, hang in there, and they say a man’s image changes a lot depending on his nose.
