I peed and went in, and they were busy getting ready for the nose surgery.. One older girl was signing something lololololol I got up on the operating table, they trimmed my nose hairs, and this time they disinfected my face and ears with red antiseptic. They said they had to disinfect more strongly this time so I wouldn't get inflammation... They even put disinfectant on my teeth hahaha They told me to swish it around and swallow it.. The taste was bleh hahaha Then the doctor came in, and I begged him to please let me fall asleep this time, so he said he would give me more medication. Then I got extremely drowsy and half lost consciousness, like I had been hit again. Then they were anesthetizing my ears and nose, and I had this impossible-to-explain dream where I was riding something like an ad balloon and flying around dreamland lololololol Even while seeing that, at the same time, the cartilage harvesting work from my ear was in full swing.. It didn't really hurt, but I could feel everything... lolol I was enjoying the surgery haha It felt like they spent about 30 minutes on the ear. Maybe the work on the ear was over, because they turned my head straight. Then they started working on my nose again. Up until then I was still wandering around dreamland. hahahaha But maybe because I had the open approach, breathing was so comfortable lolololol It felt like my nose was wide open~.. (was it opened -_-?) Everything else was fine, but when they scraped hard at the protruding part of the nasal bone with something like a chisel, the sensation was kind of bleh.. It didn't hurt, but I kept going ah~ ah~ for no reason lolol I think that happened about 3 times.. The doctor's hands were trembling... lolololol Then they trimmed and inserted 6 mm Gore-Tex, put 3 layers of ear cartilage in the nasal tip, put ear cartilage in the columella too, put something else in, gathered the nasal tip, and the surgery was over. After the surgery, the doctor kept touching and pressing my nose so the Gore-Tex would settle into place lol But I could feel the blood pooled between the Gore-Tex and bone coming out all squishy lol I got one antibiotic injection in my buttock (didn't hurt). After the surgery, they put a cast and tape on my nose, I iced it for 1 hour in the recovery room next to the operating room, then came home// Honestly, yesterday maybe because they cut away the nasal bone, it throbbed so much.. my eyes and.. nasal bridge.. ㅠ_- But after icing and taking medicine, I'm fine now.. lol Only my eyes are swollen and eye discharge keeps coming out, so my vision is a bit bad... hahaha Around this time yesterday, I must have been in the middle of nose surgery... Since the surgery started at 2:30 and ended at 4:30.. Anyway, those of you with surgery ahead, absolutely don't worry.. There is absolutely no pain, except the anesthesia makes you feel a bit bleh... Even women do it, so what lol. Then everyone, become more handsome/beautiful!! I'm going to the hospital tomorrow morning. Ah, but I have a question. The sensation in the ear where they took cartilage has not fully returned yet?? Why is that??

My nose was really long + bulbous, so I kept thinking about Angel Nose and finally got it done.. A long nose is seriously stressful. It makes the midface look long tooㅜㅜ and on top of that, it was spread out, making my face look broad. I we
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Leaving a review of my autologous costal cartilage rhinoplasty~
During the consultation, Dr. Kim Hyun-joo’s aesthetic sense matched mine perfectly, so I made up my mind right away at the clinic...! It wasn’t about making the nose overly high or obviously done, but about shaping it naturally and elegantl
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 10 months after implant-free nasal tip surgery. Overcoming my bulbous nose complex
My round nasal tip was so different from the look I wanted… You know how a bulbous nose looks even thicker and more emphasized in photosㅠ... Even though the side profile seemed okay? From the front, it looked spread out. There are different
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Review of My Revision Rhinoplasty After 5 Years
5 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. What I wanted was a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it didn’t come out the way I wanted. At first, I tried to just be satisfied with it, but it
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 29 Posting a male nose surgery review ~
I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
