As soon as I arrived at the hospital at my appointment time, I had to get on the operating table. First they marked coordinates on my nose and ear... then they immediately started anesthetizing my ear. Separating the ear cartilage and skin, cutting out the ear cartilage... stitching the ear... Honestly, the feeling of the ear cartilage and skin separating was like forcibly peeling off very strong blue tape... ㅡㅡ;; chills~ It was bearable... And then came the nose anesthesia right away.... This, this was a bit painful... They anesthetized every corner starting from between the eyebrows, and once the anesthesia was complete, the surgery began. They made the basic nasal tip first, then came the nasal bridge... ugh~~~ -_-;; How should I put it?? You know ribs?? When you eat ribs, the meat stuck to the bone doesn’t come off easily with your teeth, right? It felt like forcibly pulling that off, maybe? The feeling... was blegh-like. Of course it didn’t hurt, but anyway it was a procedure that made a person tense. Thanks to that, my whole body was soaked in sweat... After separating the nasal bone and skin, the silicone went in. Once the silicone went in, I felt so relieved hahaha Then they went into the final work on the nasal tip. The doctor said my nasal tip was fascinating ㅡㅡ;; Usually there is cartilage and most work is done with that cartilage, but I had almost no cartilage and instead thick~! skin, he said. Because of that, the doctor had a bit of a hard time... With the cartilage harvested from my ear, he shaped the nose and stitched it... It took almost 2 hours and 30 minutes. Then they put on tape and showed me a mirror, telling me to look while there was no swelling yet, to see the shape... Pleased ^________^* Without realizing it, the guy in the mirror was smiling. I got a nose I was satisfied with^^ It’s been a little under 2 hours since the surgery ended, and it’s slowly starting to swell. I guess it’s time for me to inevitably transform into a lion-type human too.. hahaha I should do a cold compress... A slight bit of pain is coming... But they said the ear would hurt more, yet maybe the anesthesia in my ear hasn’t worn off, because I have no sensation there ㅡㅡ;; I’ll come back with photos after the swelling goes down^^

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
