I had surgery without an implant, using only septal cartilage. From right after surgery to 1 week and 1 month, it was pretty and I liked it, but now that it’s been half a year since surgery, the nasal tip has dropped too much and it has become a slightly arrow-shaped nose. I originally had nasal asymmetry, but after doing my nose it definitely got worse. The columella inside my nose is completely empty and protrudes a bit.
